My name is Priya (pree-ya) and I work for a cable company called Charter Communications (Spectrum). I currently write emails that are sent to hundreds, if not, thousands of customers while ensuring continuity across email flows. I partner with product owners and subject-matter experts to ensure the message is aligned with business goals and the targeted audience.

In the same role, I've also created hundreds of high-quality articles to inform, educate, and help customers manage their cable services. I've developed an expertise in transforming technical jargon into language that's easy to understand. This makes our content sound human and relatable. Additionally, I improve content by proofreading, editing and using customer feedback.

I have a holistic approach towards work so it's not just about individual articles or pieces of content, but rather how everything is connected as one piece for a seamless customer experience.

I'm also a lover of the Oxford comma, brunch places that offer the best pancakes, travel, and all things Harry Potter. In general, I have a deep appreciation for the arts ranging from acting and theater to museum art.
